What level of involvement do I need from my medical director?

As a medical director I can be very hands off focusing on administrative work only or be more involved in helping implement services according to standards and protocols.

What is your clinical and educational background?

I am a certified registered nurse with over 3 years in aesthetic medicine. I have extensive knowledge in injectables, chemical peels, microneedling, biostimulators, medical grade skincare and rejuvenation medicine such as PRP/PRF.

Is there a minimum time commitment?

6 months.

Mentorship is open to all registered medical professionals who are looking to enter the field of medical aesthetics or who wish to expand their knowledge in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. Each mentorship program is individualized to your specific needs focusing on areas of deficit and implementing concrete actions. Topics include anything from legal compliance to business legalities and state laws and legislation.


In office shadowing available in 2 or 4 hours increments. Come observe the flow of each appointment: consents, assessment, marking, treatment, post instructions and follow-up instructions. The art of consultation makes the difference!
